We have been a small studio for twenty five years on purpose. Scale changes the work, and we are uninterested in changing the work.
Who We Are
Bella Vacations is a travel design studio with three offices across two continents, a tightly held roster of advisors, and a client list built almost entirely by referral. We work slowly. We answer the phone. We do not chase scale.
If that sounds like the kind of place you would do your best work, we should probably talk.
Who We Hire
Travel professionals who already know the work. Designers who treat clients as long term relationships. People who are willing to spend a decade getting properly good at one thing.
We do not hire generalists. We do not hire for hustle. We hire for taste, patience, and the willingness to learn from people who have been doing this longer than you have.
What It’s Like To Work Here
A studio that values the work over the hustle.
No Quotas
We do not run sales targets. We do not ask advisors to hit booking numbers. We measure success by client retention, the quality of the journeys we design, and whether you would be proud to put your name on the work.
Generous Travel
Bella Vacations advisors travel. Often, and in serious comfort, because you cannot recommend a property you have not stayed in. Site inspections, familiarisation trips, and a meaningful annual personal travel allowance are part of how we work.
Real Mentorship
Lynn and Chadd work alongside the team, not above it. New advisors are paired with a principal for their first eighteen months. The training is hands on, the feedback is honest, and you will learn faster here than anywhere else in the industry.
Long Hours, Quietly
We will not pretend the work is easy. Designing properly takes time. Clients call when something goes wrong, often in inconvenient time zones. We hire people who already accept this, and pay them accordingly.
Open Position
One role, held intentionally open.
Travel Designer
All Three Offices
For an experienced advisor who already knows the work. You will design serious journeys for a tightly held roster of clients, work directly with Lynn and Chadd, and have the resources of a Top 25 Virtuoso studio behind you. Five plus years in luxury travel preferred. Location flexible across our three offices.
How We Hire
A slow process, on purpose.
Step One
A Letter
Send a real cover note. Tell us why us, why now, and the kind of work you want to be doing in five years. We read everything we receive.
Step Two
A Conversation
A long, unrushed call with one of the principals. We are interested in how you think, how you travel, and what makes you stay at a job for ten years.
Step Three
A Sample Itinerary
We will give you a brief and ask you to draft a journey. Paid. The output tells us more in ninety minutes than any interview process could.
Step Four
A Studio Day
A full day with the team in the office you would be working from. Lunch, a real project, time with the principals. The decision happens on both sides.
Think You’d Fit Here?
Send a real letter, not a resume. We are looking for the kind of people who write the email themselves.
